1 year warranty on all electronics and the battery
E-shifters that fail, batteries that no longer charge, error codes on the display: those are exactly the parts we cover. You don't get 3 or 6 months, but 12 months of warranty on the complete electronics (motor, e-shifter, display, kick lock and lights) and the battery. Something electronic goes wrong within that year? One call or message and we fix it free of charge in our own workshop in Amsterdam-Noord. Can't come to us? Then we find a suitable solution together, such as a repair at your home.
Mechanical wear parts such as brake pads, chain and tyres fall outside this warranty; they are checked and in order at delivery. This warranty is on top of your statutory rights as a consumer. No hassle, no surprises afterwards.

Fixed prices, no surprises afterwards. Even after your warranty year you can come to us for service and parts.
