E-shifters that fail, batteries that no longer charge, error codes on the display: those are exactly the parts we cover. You get 3 months warranty on all electronic parts: battery, motor, smart unit, e-shifter, wiring harness, kick lock, lights and controls. Something goes wrong within that period? One call or message and we fix it free of charge in our own workshop in Amsterdam Noord. Can't come by? Then we will find a suitable solution together, such as a repair at your home. Alongside our warranty you simply keep your statutory rights as a consumer.
The warranty covers the electronic parts only, no more than that. Mechanical and wear parts such as brake pads, chain and tyres fall outside it; they are checked and in order at delivery. This warranty is on top of your statutory rights as a consumer. No hassle, no surprises afterwards.
