Improved over the original
Our technicians address the weak spots of the original VanMoof parts before a part leaves our workshop, so it lasts longer than the one your bike came with. Want to know exactly what we changed on a specific part? Call or message us and we will gladly explain.

Ordering a part is one thing, getting it working is another. If you get stuck, just give us a call.

Call or message us and we will talk you through it. If you cannot manage, we will fit it in our workshop in Amsterdam Noord.
Questions about error codes or which part you need
Send us the error code or a photo of your bike. We will tell you honestly what it is, even if that means you do not need to order anything.
14 days to change your mind
Does not fit, or not what you were looking for? You have 14 days to send it back and get your money returned.
3 months warranty
All electronic parts we sell come with 3 months of warranty from the invoice date; other parts carry no warranty from us. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay in place alongside it.
