Yes. We cover the whole Randstad: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague and Rotterdam. Beyond that is often possible too, just call so we can plan it together.

What does it cost to have you come out?

Within the Randstad there is no call-out charge. You only pay for the repair itself, at the same fixed prices as in the workshop.

How quickly can you be there?

Often the same day. We respond to your request within 24 hours and check straight away whether it fits that day; if not, we agree on a time that suits you. In a hurry? Call or message us and we will shift things where we can.

And if it turns out not to work on site?

Then we say so, and take your bike to the workshop in Amsterdam Noord. You do not pay for a job we could not finish.

Tell us what is wrong and where your bike is. Do not know the error code? That is fine, we will work it out together.

Within 24 hours we discuss what is likely going on, roughly what it costs and when it suits you.

Replacing the wiring harness
The bike largely comes apart for this. We want that on a workbench, not on the street.
Complex paintwork
Paint needs a dust-free space and drying time. Outdoors it never comes out well.
Frame damage after a crash
We first check whether the frame is still safe. That assessment happens in the workshop, because your safety depends on it.
